Good morning cookies

message from Sept. 30th, 2009 :
I love these cookies for breakfast, because the preparation time is equal to the time needed to wake up. Oatmeal and raisins work better than chocolate chips, although it doesn't beat scones!

Ingredients for one dozen cookies :

1 egg
200g of sugar
110g of softened butter
150g of flour
80g of oat flakes
1 / 2 teaspoon of baking powder
120g of smashed hazelnuts
80g of raisins
cinnamon to sprinkle

Soak the raisins in a bowl of hot water for 15 mn so they inflate.

Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Meanwhile, mix the softened butter and sugar with a fork. Add the egg and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add flour in one shot, oat flakes and baking powder, then keep going with the hazelnuts and inflated raisins.

Make small balls with two tablespoons and flatten slightly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spacer each ball a few inches to prevent them from sticking to each other while cooking.

Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies are soft to the exit, but harden when cooled.
Yummy! Heat the coffee, tea, chocolate and all the trimmings ...
