A lunch at the crack of dawn



Every time I bake sweet cupcakes, I tell myself that I should try myself on a savoury version. This is what I did recently. After filling my basket (and perhaps too much) of fruits and vegetables at the market, I had plenty of choices to fill some paper cups with a tasty preparation. Considering summer is now here, there's no question to leave any colour behind. You have to remain festive whatever the circumstances.

The art in Zucchini


When you're French, but living in England, aware that you're within reach of temptations (seriously, once you have 1£ in your pocket), but when you're more accustomed to eating ratatouille and vegetables browned in olive oil, you quickly need to cook as a means of survival. It's time to put your stomach on Survivor Mode.

Sweet zucchini cake


When I hear people say that eating sweet cakes hurts your reflection in the mirror I say " no! Of course there are delicacies that can offer delights to your taste buds and your body! " Especially because one can't exist without the other, and denying your envy is never the solution. And at worst, a short walk, a run with your dog (it works very well, since he never stops), and you can keep going. So, whoever says diet celebration, says big fat zucchini cake!
